- Usage data — basic usage logs for debugging and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Operate and improve the Service
- Detect and organize real estate deal activity from your connected inbox
- Send you notifications and reminders via your connected channels (email, Discord)
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your email content for advertising.
3. Gmail Integration
Our use of Gmail data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Email data is used only to power the transaction tracking features you have requested. It is not shared with third parties for independent use.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorized access. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services including Google (Gmail OAuth) and Discord. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We receive only the data necessary to authenticate you and provide the Service.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Disconnect your Gmail or Discord account from the Settings page
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export a copy of your deal data

We use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

The Service is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
