Real Estate Coordinator is an AI-powered transaction management platform for real estate professionals. It monitors connected email inboxes, extracts deal information, and maintains checklists and timelines to help agents and transaction coordinators track their transactions.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Email Access and Data
When you connect a Gmail account, you grant the Service read-only access to your inbox for the purpose of detecting real estate transaction emails. We do not send email on your behalf, sell your email data, or use it for any purpose other than powering the features described in the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with others
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract deal information and generate checklists. This content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all deal details, deadlines, and communications.
7. Subscription and Billing
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a manner that may harm the Service or other users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
